Accenture Song is part of the Accenture Group, a multinational compnay specialized in information technology (IT) services and consulting. According to Fortune, Accenture is among the first 500 firms worldwide by revenue.
Leveraging on their lead generation and acquisition solutions, Accenture Interactive proposed a partnership with WindTre to experiment the customer acquisition for the SuperFibra through conversational. Because of that, they expressed the need to develop and manage a sales chatbot, integrated with the WindTre systems and easy to modify according to the offers updates.

To respond to Accenture's request and manage a flexible chatbot both in terms of structure and content, we made Monk Software's bot management solution, BOB - Build your Own Bot, available, and conveyed it through EIMeChat's web client. BOB was easily integrated both with WindTre services and with the Lead Generation tools used for the sales activity (Walmeric). The data gathered throughout the conversation enabled the creation of profiled leads and maximized the effectiveness of the pre-sales phase.
